Join our rapidly growing consulting firm and contribute to our international success as a Project Manager Assistant, you will have various responsibilities that contribute to the success of our Customers’ IT projects.
Your missions
As a Customer Service and Portal Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- 😄 Providing excellent customer service and support through phone, email and chat
- 🚀 Visiting customers when needed to assist sales and procurement.
- 📝 Managing and updating customer service portals, documentation, FAQ and procurement system
- 👀 Monitoring and following up on system issues and tickets
- 👉 Supporting customer and staff onboarding and training
- 💻 Overseeing the customers’ procurement process, handling vendors and contracts.
- 💻 Being a force of proposal and a problem solver.
What do you need to bring?
- 📄 Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, information technology or related field.
- 🔧 At least 1 year of experience in customer service, communication, portal management (no-code) or similar role.
- 🎯 Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, making you a valuable liaison between tech and non-tech team members.
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM / ticketing software and web-based applications, curious to lean.
- 📈 Commit to continuous learning and growth, never settling for “good enough”.
- 🔥Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 🔧 English is mandatory and Francais serait plus qu’apprécié.
